Wasn’t it great on New Years Day when 3 out of the 4 sportscasters on television picked Oregon to win over Ohio State? When they disrespected our team all day? When they constantly talked up Oregon, and talked over us? Then guess what?!? Yes!! BUCKEYES FOREVER!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are loving it here in Columbus, Ohio…Oregon who?! Some people in here are very objective with their comments, and myself and the rest of Buckeye Nation appreciate that… and others are just plain stupid.

To whoever said something along the lines of ‘we picked and chose which plays to show…’ well of course we did, that’s what a HIGHLIGHT video is! As mentioned, there’s a video going around of Buckeye plays gone wrong… well what the hell did whoever made that do? “Picked and chose” bad Ohio State plays. We could just as easily make a video of Oregon’s screw ups (8 minutes on their turnovers alone), but it seems our fan base is above that (thank you Buckeye Nation).

To all you people playing the ‘yawn,’ ‘wake me when you play a good offense,’ and ‘you show highlights from USC and Purdue who you lost to…’ For Chrissakes it’s a highlight film; who cares how a given game against a given team turned out? A good play is a good play, regardless of who the opponent is or what the outcome is. I can’t really blame you for feeling this way though, since every Oregon highlight video out there shows nothing but USC, Oregon State, and occasionally Arizona. You never fail to mention/show that you beat USC or Oregon State, but where are you when someone mentions *your* cupcake wins or your two losses, one to an *unranked* team that hung half a hundred on you.

You morons accuse Ohio State of playing nothing but cupcakes, but fail to realize you played some teams that were a downright tragedy as well… UCLA, ASU, Cal (yes they sucked, I don’t care if they were ranked when you played them), Washington, WASHINGTON STATE for fuck’s sake…

Oregon fans who’ve been providing objective opinions and fair arguments, please disregard.

Duck fan here, and not an overconfident one. I just don’t understand why it’s such a given for Buckeye fans that “this is the best defense by FAR that we have faced all year.” What merits this statement? Holding Iowa’s 93rd ranked offense to 24 points? Holding 5-7 Michigan 70 yards under their season average? Shutouts against powerhouses Toledo, New Mexico State, and Illinois? Holding Minnesota’s 113th ranked offense to 7 points? I’m sorry, but I just don’t get it.
