While I do think Ginn was a factor, we were just out-coached ad outplayed. The Florida Gators wanted it more and executed their game plan to a tee. Where was our offensive line last night and what’s up with the zone defense? Our D was giving them too much respect.
I recall the bowl game back in 91 when Air Force was the underdog to the mighty Buckeyes. The loose comments were motivators for the Falcons which embarrassed the Scarlet Buckeyes. The joke after the game was : Air Force bombed iraq and Columbus! Be VERY careful. We have NEVER defeated a SEC team in a bowl.The Big Ten is doing terrible in post regular season play. The big East in 5 -0 and we are well below .500 So, if The Gators are youngsters, will we meet again in the near future as well? Speed versus brawn? Lets Go BUCKS!!!
Truth is, Vanderbilt and Kentucky were tougher opponents than OSU. There are at least 6 teams in the SEC that would have pounded you guys worse than the Gators did. We were SEC champs, but in reality Tennessee, Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Arkansas and Alabama are all just as good and maybe better than us on any given day. Any one of them would’ve cleaned OSU’s clock. You guys are even more arrogant and deluded about your team (OSU) than even we are down here in Gator Nation! Thanks for the amusing little diversion the other night: Come see us again some time when you get a football program going.
Good to see the Florida fans found the site. I just returned from Phoenix today. It is a good thing the fans I met out west have a lot more class than the fans that are visiting this site.

Buckeyes crushed everyone in the Big 10 conference and went undefeated. You squeeked by on a couple and lost 1. So stars aligned and you beat us in your 2nd appearance ever in the big show. Come back when you have 7.
I am a born citizen of Ohio, and I am not at all a Gator fan…but I am MUCH less Buckeye fan! I LOVED that BCS Championship game, because all year I have hoped to see someone stomp the buckeyes into the ground like that! Seventy-four total yards of offense? HAHAHA! Some number one team! I was (and still am!) absolutely GIDDY about the results of that game! It showed that OSU did not even deserve to be number one! THANKYOU, Gators, for making my football year!
