He’s off the air for this weekend, not that anybody will miss him. As we Buckeye fans have established, nobody gets ESPNU anyway. But still, how could a guy say that? Rule #1 in broadcasting is (or should be) it’s better to say nothing than to say anything that might piss someone off.

This is just another example of why I believe colleges should offer a professional sports major. Players could be trained in football related careers so when their time is up, they can make a smooth transition.
They could study things like contract negotiations, broadcasting, etc.
The best part of the program…it’s a four year major but the fourth year is taught during the offseason so when they go pro…
